Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Information

At Zorlu Ekolojik, we sell disposable products made from natural raw materials such as bamboo, wood, reeds, wheat straw, and similar materials; these products are primarily sold in bulk and are intended for food and service use.

Our products are checked during order preparation, properly packaged, and shipped to our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, their suitability for food contact, hygiene requirements, and their sale in bulk packaging, return and exchange procedures are carried out under the following conditions.

2. Right of Return and Withdrawal

In distance selling, the consumer's legally protected right to withdraw from the contract is reserved.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are exempted from this right under the legislation due to the nature of the product.

The exceptions to the right of withdrawal stipulated in the legislation apply, particularly to products that have been opened after delivery, used, or are unsuitable for resale due to health and hygiene reasons.

Therefore, it is strongly recommended that our customers carefully check the quantity, dimensions, product type, and intended use of the product before placing an order.

3. Opened or Used Products

Because the products are sold in bulk quantities and for food/service use;

• The packaging has been opened,
• Used,
• Some of it has been consumed.
• Having lost its suitability for resale due to hygiene or health conditions,
• Product integrity compromised.

Returns of products are not accepted to the extent permitted by relevant legislation.

Especially for products sold in packs of 50, 100, or 500, return requests are evaluated according to the nature of the product, as it may not be possible to resell the products once the packaging has been opened and the products have been used.

4. Product Selection and Order Control

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the following information before placing an order:

• Product name,
• Product range,
• Product dimensions,
• Package/quantity information,
• Product Description,
• Order quantity.

In cases where the wrong product or quantity is ordered, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable legislation, taking into account the nature of the product and its packaging.

5. Sending the Wrong Product

If Zorlu Ekolojik sends a different product than the one specified in the order, or if any items are missing from the order, the customer must contact us.

In this case, the necessary checks are carried out to replace the product or to take the necessary action in accordance with the relevant legislation.

The customer reserves the right to take legal action in cases arising from incorrect or incomplete deliveries.

6. Defective or Damaged Product

Zorlu Ecological takes care to inspect its products before shipping them.

However, if the product is delivered defective, damaged, or unsuitable for use, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.

Gerekli inceleme sonucunda ürünün ayıplı olduğunun tespit edilmesi halinde tüketicinin 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamındaki hakları saklıdır.

Ayıplı ürünlere ilişkin tüketicinin kanundan doğan hakları bu politika ile sınırlandırılamaz.

7. Doğal Ürünlerde Oluşabilecek Farklılıklar

Bambu, ahşap, sazlık ve buğday sapı gibi doğal hammaddelerden üretilen ürünlerde doğal hammaddenin yapısından kaynaklanan;

• Ton farklılıkları,
• Renk farklılıkları,
• Doku farklılıkları,
• Küçük şekil farklılıkları,
• Lif veya yüzey farklılıkları

görülebilir.

Bu tür doğal farklılıklar, ürünün kullanım amacını ve temel özelliklerini etkilemediği sürece tek başına ayıplı ürün olarak değerlendirilmez.

8. Kargo ve Teslimat Kontrolü

Sipariş teslim alınırken paketin dış ambalajının kontrol edilmesi tavsiye edilir.

Paketin dışından görülebilen belirgin bir hasar bulunması halinde kargo görevlisine durumun bildirilmesi ve mümkünse tutanak tutulması önerilir.

Ürünün teslimat sonrasında fark edilen bir hasarı veya ayıbı bulunması halinde müşterinin Zorlu Ekolojik ile iletişime geçmesi gerekir.

9. İade Başvurusu

İade veya ürünle ilgili herhangi bir talebiniz olması halinde öncelikle bizimle iletişime geçmeniz gerekmektedir.

İletişim sırasında;

• Ad soyad,
• Sipariş numarası,
• Ürün adı,
• Talebin nedeni,
• Gerekli olması halinde ürün fotoğrafları

paylaşılmalıdır.

Onay alınmadan gönderilen karşı ödemeli kargolar kabul edilmeyebilir.

10. İade Gönderim Adresi

İade gönderimi yapmadan önce mutlaka yukarıdaki iletişim kanallarından bizimle iletişime geçilmesi gerekmektedir.

11. Ücret İadesi

Mevzuat kapsamında iade hakkının bulunduğu durumlarda ücret iadesi, ilgili yasal süreler içerisinde ve kullanılan ödeme yöntemine uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilir.

Kredi kartı veya banka kartı ile yapılan ödemelerde bankaların işlem sürelerinden kaynaklanan gecikmeler Zorlu Ekolojik'in kontrolü dışındadır.

12. İade Edilemeyen Ürünler

Ürünün niteliği ve yürürlükteki mevzuat dikkate alınarak özellikle aşağıdaki durumlarda iade kabul edilmeyebilir:

• Ambalajı açılmış ürünler,
• Kullanılmış ürünler,
• Kısmen tüketilmiş ürünler,
• Hijyen veya sağlık koşulları nedeniyle yeniden satışa uygun olmayan ürünler,
• Tüketicinin özel talebi doğrultusunda hazırlanan ürünler,
• Çabuk bozulabilen veya son kullanma tarihi geçebilecek ürünler,
• Mevzuatta cayma hakkı istisnası kapsamında bulunan diğer ürünler.

Bu maddeler, tüketicinin kanundan doğan emredici haklarını ortadan kaldıracak şekilde yorumlanamaz.

13. Sipariş İptali

Sipariş henüz hazırlanma veya kargoya teslim sürecine girmemişse sipariş iptali için bizimle iletişime geçilebilir.

Siparişin kargoya teslim edilmiş olması halinde işlem, ürünün niteliği ve yürürlükteki mevzuat hükümleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilir.

14. Müşteri Memnuniyeti

At Zorlu Ekolojik, we conduct necessary checks during the order preparation phase to ensure we deliver the right product, in the right quantity, and in the appropriate manner to our customers.

Due to the fact that our products are sold in bulk and are intended for natural/food contact use, we kindly request that our customers carefully review the product descriptions and quantity information before placing their order.

15. Legal Rights

In matters not covered by this policy;

• Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
• Regulation on Distance Contracts,
• Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098
• and other relevant legislation in force

The provisions apply.

Consumers' mandatory rights arising from legislation are reserved.
